EXTERIOR DESIGN
The bold infusion of geometry and natural elements complement one another as renowned architect, Raef Fahmi designs the place with absolute attention to detail; a balance of material, color, and texture deliver a refined, modern, luxurious outcome.
The marble, stone, and concrete façade frame with double-height glass storefronts allowing sunlight into all available units on all three floors, in addition to the half-height storage mezzanine spaces, belonging to the stores on the top floor.
Our site is already 3 floors in the making, on a land that has been paid in full. The infrastructure has been set up, and walls instilled, with top quality, fair-face finishing.
INTERIOR DESIGN + LANDSCAPING
Double face doors will allow straight access to all units on the first floor from the front and the back of the building, in addition to linear storefront windows that allow natural light into all units, all day, on all floors.
With the works of distinguished architect and interior designer, Hani Saad, displayed behind the double height glass doors and windows of Q East, we will be enhancing the tenant and consumer experience by investing in the urban planning of this property and delivering an essence of aesthetic magnificence and bold functional spaces. Hany Saad Innovations will also be landscaping the outdoors, upon which all units will have a direct view upon.
